Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated22 July 2015which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 214451 — People of the Philippines v. Ivy Didato y Sencio a.k.a. Zenaida Eranio Sencio.
The records of this case were elevated to this Court on October 16, 2014, pursuant to the Resolution of the Court of Appeals (CA), dated May 20, 2014, which gave due course to the notice of appeal filed by the accused-appellant, Ivy Didato y Sencio a.k.a. Zenaida Eranio Sencio.
In compliance with the Court's Resolution, dated December 10, 2014, the Office of the Solicitor General filed its manifestation stating that it would no longer file a supplemental brief with this Court; and that it was adopting its Brief for the Appellee filed before the CA. The accused-appellant filed her Supplemental Brief, dated March 4, 2015.
After a perusal of the records of the case, the Court resolves to dismiss the appeal of the accused-appellant for her failure to sufficiently show reversible error in the challenged decision warranting the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, the appeal is DISMISSED.
