Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated December 2, 2021 which reads as follows:
"G.R. Nos. 249517 and 249523-30 (People of the Philippines vs. Antonio P. Calingin, et al., accused; Estrelita E. Ballescas, accused-appellant). — The Court resolves to:
(1) GRANT the Office of the Special Prosecutor's second motion for an extension of thirty (30) days from March 31, 2021 within which to file an appellee's brief;
(2) NOTE the Office of the Special Prosecutor's aforesaid appellee's brief thereafter filed; and
(3) NOTE the Office of the Special Prosecutor's compliance, submitting the thereto attached hard copy of plaintiff-appellee's brief dated March 25, 2021."
