Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated October 1, 2014, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 198451 (People of the Philippines v. Ricky Braga @ "Bongbong," Feliciano Braga @ "Boboy," Ernesto Brito @ "Taboy," Jester Longno, Roy Donesa and Louella Donesa, accused; Ernesto Brito @ "Taboy," Roy Donesa and Louella Donesa, accused-appellants). — The Court resolves to NOTE:
(1) the letter dated May 26, 2014 of Rachel D. Ruelo, Superintendent IV, Correctional Institution for Women, Mandaluyong City, requesting an Order of Commitment of inmate Louella Donesa to the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) for definite confinement and treatment of Seizure Disorder with Psychosis; and
(2) the 2nd Indorsement dated May 26, 2014 of Hon. Leila M. De Lima, Secretary, Department of Justice, referring to the Court for appropriate action the enclosed copy, with related documents, of Bureau of Corrections Hospitalization Board Resolution No. 008-14 dated April 4, 2014 authorizing, among others, the medical referral of accused-appellant Louella Donesa to hospital outside the prison facility for treatment and management of her illness.
Acting on the letter dated May 26, 2014 of Rachel D. Ruelo, Superintendent IV, Correctional Institution for Women, Mandaluyong City, requesting once again the Court to issue a commitment order for inmate accused-appellant Louella Donesa to the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) for definitive confinement and treatment of Seizure Disorder with Psychosis, as recommended by Dr. Edilinda Garcia-Patac of the Bureau of Corrections, 1 the Court resolves to GRANT the request and DIRECT Superintendent Rachel D. Ruelo to cause the immediate confinement, with adequate security, of accused-appellant Louella Donesa at the NCMH and to report to the Court her compliance with this resolution within ten (10) days thereof.
