After a perusal of the records of the case, this Court resolves to dismiss the appeal, for failure of accused-appellants Jayson Bendo y Ridao and Raymart Agaid y Alejo to sufficiently show any reversible error in the assailed Decision 1 of the Court of Appeals dated September 30, 2016 in CA-G.R. CR HC No. 07662, which would warrant the exercise of this Court's appellate jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, the appeal is DISMISSED. The Court of Appeals Decision dated September 30, 2016 in CA-G.R. CR HC No. 07662 is AFFIRMED with the MODIFICATION that accused-appellants Jayson Bendo y Ridao and Raymart Agaid y Alejo are ordered to pay AAA the increased amount of P75,000 as exemplary damages. 2
