"G.R. No. 205112 (People of the Philippines v. Jay Oscar Antonio y Barrameda and Noel Esplana y Besayta). —
The Court resolves to:
(1) RETURN the records of this case to the court of origin, for proper disposition 1 of the dangerous drugs presented in court and attached in its records in accordance with Republic Act No. 9165; and
(2) REQUIRE the court of origin to FORWARD the records to this Court within five (5) days after the subject dangerous drugs have been turned over to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
