Palma v. Lucman
This is a civil case regarding the complaint filed by Leandro C. Palma against Atty. Bantuas M. Lucman. The case was dismissed by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and subsequently adopted and approved by the Supreme Court. The IBP found no sufficient evidence to support the complaint against Atty. Lucman. The Notice of Resolution dated February 15, 2019 of the IBP in CBD Case No. 15-4814 was noted by the Supreme Court, and the complaint against Atty. Lucman was dismissed.

Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 13, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12712 (Leandro C. Palma v. Atty. Bantuas M. Lucman). — The Notice of Resolution dated February 15, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in CBD Case No. 15-4814 is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated May 4, 2018, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The complaint against Atty. Bantuas M. Lucman is DISMISSED.
