Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated June 18, 2018which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 237634 (OSM Maritime Services, Inc., OSM Ship Management GMBH, Juliet Joy Ayento v. Rosario O. Razon). — The motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari filed by petitioners OSM Maritime Services, Inc., OSM Ship Management GMBH, and Juliet Joy Avento is GRANTED.
After review of the records, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in upholding the finding of the Voluntary Arbitrator that respondent Rosario O. Razon is entitled to permanent and total disability benefits. Findings of fact of the Voluntary Arbitrator, when affirmed by the Court of Appeals, are accorded great respect and finality by this Court. SDAaTC
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the July 20, 2017 Decision and February 15, 2018 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 147121 are AFFIRMED.
