After an exhaustive review of the instant Petition and its annexes, the Court resolves to DENY the instant Petition and AFFIRM the Court of Appeals' Decision 1 dated November 29, 2017 and Resolution 2 dated May 23, 2018 in CA-G.R. SP No. 147177.
Considering that the Court of Appeals did not err in holding that the instant accion publiciana case was correctly dismissed due to res judicata in the concept of conclusiveness of judgment, the petitioner failed to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error as to warrant the exercise of this Court's discretionary appellate jurisdiction. aScITE
