Lantion). — The March 1, 2017 Notice of Resolution 1 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors (Board) is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached January 26, 2017 Report and Recommendation, 2 approved by the Board, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation and hereby resolves to DISMISS the case against Atty. Adolf Ryan S. Lantion.
