NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued on Resolution dated MARCH 13, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-06-2287 [Formerly A.M. No. 06-11391-MTC] (Office of the Court Administrator vs. Marcela V. Santos, Clerk of Court II, MTC, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija.) — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE the Certification dated March 1, 2012 of Ms. Cleofe R. Norberte, SC Chief Judicial Staff Officer, Cash Division, Financial Management Office, OCA, stating that according to their records on file, no payment of court fine in the amount of P5,000.00 has been made by Mr. Romeo A. Nepomuceno, Acting Postmaster, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija, as required in the resolutions of July 28, 2010 and January 18, 2011; cEITCA
(b) ORDER the arrest and detention of Mr. Nepomuceno until payment of the court fine and compliance with the resolutions of July 28, 2010 and January 18, 2011; and
(c) DIRECT the Clerk of Court to ISSUE the Order of Arrest and Detention for immediate service by the National Bureau of Investigation." Del Castillo, J., on leave. (adv37)
