Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated22 January 2020which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-20-4037 [Formerly A.M. No. 18-08-78-MTC] (Office of the Court Administrator v. Rina Niña H. Monreal, Clerk of Court II of the Municipal Trial Court of Minglanilla, Cebu). — The Court resolves to: (a)TREAT the July 23, 2018 Memorandum 1 as an administrative complaint against Ms. Rina Niña H. Monreal (Monreal), Clerk of Court II of the Municipal Trial Court of Minglanilla, Cebu, and DOCKET the same as a regular administrative matter; and (b)DIRECT Monreal, within fifteen (15) days from notice, to: (i)EXPLAIN in writing why she should not be administratively held liable for committing the infractions of non-submission of monthly reports and delayed remittances of court collections in violation of the issuances of the Court; (ii)PAY and DEPOSIT the amount of Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred One Pesos & Thirty-Seven Centavos (P14,801.37), representing interests that were not earned by the Court due to her delayed remittances in the Fiduciary Fund, Sheriff's Trust Fund, Judiciary Development Fund, Special Allowance for the Judiciary Fund, and Mediation Fund, computed at six percent (6%) per annum, and (iii)SUBMIT proof of validated machine deposit slips to the following accounts as proof of compliance: HTcADC
