Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 10 February 2020which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-20-4045 [Formerly A.M. No. 19-01-01-RTC] (Office of the Court Administrator v. Elizabeth L. Mercado, Interpreter III, Regional Trial Court of San Mateo, Rizal, Branch 77). — The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in its Report 1 dated April 1, 2019. Moreover, the Court further resolves to TREAT said Memorandum as an administrative complaint against respondent Elizabeth L. Mercado (Mercado), Interpreter III, Regional Trial Court of San Mateo, Rizal, Branch 77, and DOCKET the same as a regular administrative matter. Accordingly, the Court finds Mercado GUILTY of Habitual Tardiness, and is therefore, REPRIMANDED with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar infraction will be dealt with more severely.
