NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedJANUARY 8, 2013, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. RTJ-11-2302 [Formerly A.M. No. 11-7-125-RTC] (Office of the Court Administrator vs. Judge Fernando L. Felicen, et al.). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to:
(a) GRANT the Motion for Reconsideration (of the resolution dated April 10, 2012) filed by Judge Eduardo I. Tanguanco, RTC, Branch 89, Bacoor, Cavite and Judge Matias M. Garcia II, RTC, Branch 19, Bacoor, Cavite and REVOKE their designation as Assisting Judges of Branches 20 and 22, RTC, Imus, Cavite, respectively;
(b) REVOKE the designation of Judge Lerio C. Castigador, RTC, Branch 15, Naic, Cavite, as Assisting Judge of RTC, Branch 90, Dasmariñas, Cavite;
(c) DIRECT Assisting Judge Josefina E. Siscar, RTC, Branch 20, Imus, Cavite, to take cognizance of all cases for declaration of nullity/annulment of marriage, adoption and correction of entries, which are pending in or will subsequently be filed and raffled to RTC, Branch 20, Imus, Cavite, in addition to the cases assigned to her pursuant to Administrative Order No. 145-2012 dated September 28, 2012;
(d) DIRECT the Acting Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 22, Imus, Cavite (to be designated by the OCA in view of the retirement of Presiding Judge Cesar A. Mangrobang of said court) to take cognizance of all the cases in said court, including cases for declaration of nullity/annulment of marriage, adoption and correction of entries;
(e) DESIGNATE Judge Agapito S. Lu, RTC, Branch 88, Cavite City, as Assisting Judge of RTC, Branch 90, Dasmariñas, Cavite, to take cognizance of all cases for declaration of nullity/annulment of marriage, adoption and correction of entries, which are pending in or will subsequently be filed and raffled thereat and ENTITLE him to reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems as well as additional expenses allowance and judicial incentive allowance, as provided for in the Resolution dated February 2, 1999 of the Court En Banc in A.M. No. 99-1-04-SC, as amended; and
(f) REMIND the concerned Acting/Assisting Judges for Branches 20, 21 and 22, RTC, Imus, Cavite and Branch 90, RTC, Dasmariñas, Cavite, that trial of cases should be held in said courts utilizing the court personnel thereat." (adv8)
