Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated October 9, 2019which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-19-4015 [formerly A.M. No. 18-12-277-RTC] (Office of the Court Administration vs. Garry P. Maniñgas Utility Worker I, Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, San Fernando City, Pampanga)
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in its Memorandum 1 dated April 15, 2019. Accordingly, the Report dated December 10, 2018 of Mr. Ryan U. Lopez, Officer-in-Charge, is RE-DOCKETED as a regular administrative matter against Garry P. Maniñgas, Utility Worker I, Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court of San Fernando City, Pampanga, and the Court finds him GUILTY of Habitual Tardiness, and is thus SUSPENDED for thirty (30) days, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar infraction may warrant his dismissal from the service. The Report dated December 10, 2018 of Mr. Ryan U. Lopez, Officer-in-Charge, Employees' Leave Division, Office of Administrative Services, Office of the Court Administrator, stating that Utility Worker Garry P. Maniñgas has incurred tardiness in the months of June (11 times), July (11 times), August (12 times), October (11 times) and November (10 times), all in 2018; the comment dated February 21, 2019 of Utility Worker Garry P. Maniñgas; and the Report dated April 15, 2019 of the Office of the Court Administrator, are all NOTED.
