Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 01 April 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-19-3924 [formerly OCA IPI No. 17-4690-P] (Lilio J. Ocier v. Atty. Dherlee H. Rivas, Clerk of Court VI, Regional Trial Court, Basey, Samar, Branch 30)
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in the attached Report 1 dated December 3, 2018. Accordingly, the Court finds respondent Atty. Dherlee H. Rivas, Clerk of Court VI, Regional Trial Court, Samar, Branch 30, GUILTY of Simple Neglect of Duty, and is thus, meted with the penalty of a FINE in the amount of P20,000.00 to be paid within sixty (60) days from notice, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act will be dealt with more severely.
