Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated December 9, 2020 which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. P-20-4097 (OCA vs. Court Stenographer III Nelly V. Viloria, Regional Trial Court, Branch 216, Quezon City) [Formerly A.M. No. 20-01-05-RTC (In Re: Unauthorized Extension of Travel Abroad of Court Stenographer III Nelly V. Viloria, Regional Trial Court, Branch 216, Quezon City]. — The Recommendation dated 09 September 2020 of the Office of the Court Administrator is NOTED.
The Court hereby resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE with MODIFICATION the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA). Accordingly, Nelly V. Viloria, Court Stenographer III of Branch 216, Regional Trial Court, Quezon City is found GUILTY of violation of OCA Circular No. 59-2013 1 in relation to OCA Circular No. 67-2016. 2 Accordingly, she is REPRIMANDED, with a stern warning that a repetition of the same or similar offense shall be dealt with more severely by the Court.
The letter dated November 14, 2019 of Assistant Court Administrator Lilian C. Barribal-Co, directing Court Stenographer III Nelly V. Viloria to explain in writing her failure to comply with OCA Circular No. 59-2013, particularly No. 6 thereof, due to her unauthorized absences from May 2 to 8, 2019; and the letter-comment dated December 16, 2019 of Court Stenographer III Nelly V. Viloria, are both NOTED.
