Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated February 4, 2019, which reads as follows:
"OCA I.P.I. No. 12-3850-P (Teresita G. Obelidon, et al. v. Amelita G. Umadhay, Clerk IV, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental). — For resolution is the instant administrative complaint filed by Teresita G. Obelidon, Perlita O. Murillo, and Eric Murillo against Amelita G. Umadhay, Clerk IV, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, for Conduct Unbecoming of a Court Employee, Negligence, and Tampering of Court Document.
After evaluation of the evidence at hand, in its Report and Recommendation dated October 15, 2018, the Office of the Court Administrator recommended the dismissal of the complaint due to lack of evidence and merit.
Finding the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator to be fully supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the case against Amelita G. Umadhay, and consider the same as CLOSED and TERMINATED.
