NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated03 January 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11228 (Rogelio P. Nogales and Anthony A. Nogales v. Attys. Jay Lyndo Aranas and Michael George Andrew R. Vargas). — The Court NOTES the letter 1 dated July 29, 2021 of Director Avelino V. Sales, Jr., Commission on Bar Discipline, Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), in compliance with the Resolution dated May 5, 2021, informing the Court that a report and recommendation had already been submitted by the Investigating Commissioner and the same was deliberated upon by the Board of Governors on July 28, 2021; that a resolution was passed, adopted and promulgated; and that within ten (10) days therefrom, copies of the same will be sent to the parties and the entire records of the case shall be transmitted to this Court.
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated December 20, 2020 as adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in the Notice of Resolution 3 in CBD Case No. 17-5456 (Adm. Case No. 11228) dated July 28, 2021. Accordingly, the present administrative complaint 4 against respondents Atty. Jay Lyndo Aranas and Atty. Michael George Andrew R. Vargas is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit.
