Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedFebruary 17, 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12944 [Formerly UE No. 18-255] (Ramil Nieves, et al. v. Atty. Ofelia B. Cajigal). — After a careful review of the records of this case, We resolve to adopt the findings and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors and dismiss the administrative case filed by complainants for its prematurity.
WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS the Resolution dated September 7, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in A.C. No. 12944 and DISMISSES the instant administrative case against respondent Atty. Ofelia B. Cajigal.
The Notice of Resolution dated September 7, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines' Board of Governors which approved and adopted the Report and Recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in his Report dated May 6, 2019, is NOTED.
