Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated February 20, 2019 which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 242963 — Federito Nicdao y Manluza, petitioner, v. People of the Philippines, respondent.
Acting on petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review on Certiorari seeking an additional period of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period on November 2, 2018 within which to file said petition, this Court resolves to DENY the same since payment of the Sheriff's Trust Fund was remitted out of time on November 28, 2018, due date being November 2, 2018.
ACCORDINGLY, this Court resolves to DENY the petition for Review on Certiorari for late filing under Rule 45, Section 2 in relation to Rule 56, Section 5 of the Rules of Court.
