Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 21, 2012, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 152093(National Power Corporation vs. Civil Service Commission, et al.). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) CONSIDER as SERVED the Notice of Judgment dated January 25, 2012 personally served on Grapilon Chan Cueva Obias Pasana and Hidalgo Law Offices, counsel for private respondent, Room 210 E.A. Fernandez Building, 2510 Taft Avenue, Manila 1000, which Notice of Judgment was returned unserved with notation on the Return of Service 'Moved Out'; and
(b) DENY WITH FINALITY the Motion for Reconsideration (of the Decision dated January 24, 2012) dated February 9, 2012 filed by counsel for private respondent Rodrigo A. Tanfelix as the basic issues raised therein have been passed upon by this Court and no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned Decision."
