After a careful review of the allegations, issues, and arguments adduced in the instant Petition for Review on Certiorari filed under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court, the Court resolves to DENY the same for: (1) lack of a verified statement as to the dates of the receipt of the assailed November 24, 2017 Decision of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. CV No. 04520-MIN, and the filing of the motion for reconsideration thereon; (2) failure to attach a copy of the assailed CA Decision; (3) and lack of a valid Affidavit of Service as the Affidavit of Service attached was notarized on March 15, 2018 prior to the actual date of posting of the copy of the instant Petition on the CA on March 16, 2018.
