Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedAugust 3, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11897 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5853] (Marilyn Moya-Ayubo and Elisa Moya-Aviles v. Atty. Leon G. Moya, Jr.). — The Notice of Resolution No. CBD-XXV-2021-10-23 dated October 16, 2021 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated April 12, 2019, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Leon G. Moya, Jr. is DISMISSED.
