EDSON EUFEMIO, respondent). — This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated August 15, 2019, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The complaint against Atty. Edson Eufemio is DISMISSED.
