Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 27, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11901 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5854] (Mark Leo Monton, complainant, v. Atty. Eric C. Cruz and Pros. Mary Lyn Enerlas-Añora, respondents). — The Report and Recommendation 1 dated April 5, 2019 and Notice of Resolution 2 dated September 11, 2021 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) are NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the IBP in the attached Report and Recommendation dated April 5, 2019 and Notice of Resolution dated September 11, 2021. The complaint against Atty. Eric C. Cruz and Pros. Mary Lyn Enerlas-Añora is DISMISSED for utter lack of merit.
