Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated November 11, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12615 [Formerly CBD Case No. 15-4847] (Atty. Genaro N. Montefalcon v. Atty. Niersen C. Custodio). — The Notice of Resolution in CBD Case No. 15-4847 dated August 29, 2018 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are duly supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS the recommendation to dismiss the Complaint with a stern warning that respondent be more prudent in his language. ACCORDINGLY, the complaint against respondent Atty. Niersen C. Custodio is DISMISSED but with a STERN WARNING that respondent be more prudent in his language.
The Court further resolves to DECLARE this case CLOSED and TERMINATED.
