Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 27, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12409 [formerly CBD Case No. 15-4612] (Tina Lopez Miranda vs. Atty. Vincent C. Miranda)
After careful review of the records of the case and the extended Resolution of the Integrated Bar of the Philippine Board of Governors dated June 20, 2018, this Court resolves to adopt their findings and recommendation and dismiss the administrative complaint filed by Tina Lopez Miranda for failure to show that Atty. Vincent C. Miranda is guilty of gross immorality.
WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS the Resolution of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 15-4612 and DISMISSES the instant administrative case against Atty. Vincent C. Miranda.
