Dimaculangan, Jr.). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Notice of Resolution 1 dated September 27, 2014. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the complaint 2 against Atty. Teofilo A. Dimaculangan, Jr. for lack of merit.
