Ochoa, Jr., in his capacity as Executive Secretary, et al.); G.R. No. 197280(Almarim Centi Tillah, et al. vs. Commission on Elections, et al.); G.R. No. 197282(Atty. Romulo B. Macalintal vs. Commission on Elections, et al.); G.R. No. 197392(Louis "Barok" Biraogo vs. Commission on Elections, et al.); and G.R. No. 197454(Jacinto V. Paras vs. Executive Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr., et al.). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) CONSIDER as SERVED the resolutions dated October 4, 11 and 18, 2011, all addressed to Darwin Rasul for MRF Philippines, DPC Building, 1055 Remedios cor. Malate Sts., Manila, which resolutions were returned unserved with notation on the letter-envelopes 'RTS-Moved Out'; and
(b) EXCUSE the (i) Process Servicing Unit from serving court processes on Darwin Rasul at the above-given address and (ii) Clerk of Court En Banc from reporting in the Agenda the returned resolutions sent to the said addressee."
