Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 21, 2012, which reads as follows:
"G.R. Nos. 171947-48(Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, et al. vs. Concerned Residents of Manila Bay, represented and joined by Divina V. Ilas, et al.). — The Court Resolved to NOTE and ACCEPT the following Compliances made pursuant to the Decision of December 18, 2008:
(a) Compliance dated January 27, 2012 filed by counsel for petitioner Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), submitting its 2011 Fourth Quarter Accomplishment Report of MMDA Solid Waste Management Office and Flood Control and Sewerage Management Office;
(b) Compliance dated January 31, 2012 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General for petitioner Philippine Coast Guard, submitting its Report for the period of October 27, 2011-December 26, 2011; and
