NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 15, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13349 (Herminia S. Mercado v. Atty. Miriam S. Clorina). — This Court NOTES the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors' (1) Notice of Resolution dated February 28, 2022 which approved and adopted with modification the Report and Recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner dated November 27, 2019, to immediately revoke respondent's commission as notary public if still subsisting, and to disqualify her from being appointed as notary public for two years and to suspend her from the practice of law for one year, and (2) Notice of Resolution No. CBD-2021-05-31 dated May 22, 2021 which granted respondent's motion for reconsideration and reversed and set aside the Resolution dated February 28, 2020 and dismissed the complaint against respondent, and required the Commission to prepare an extended resolution explaining the recommendation of the Board of Governors in this case; both transmitted by letter dated January 11, 2021 of Director Avelino V. Sales, Jr., IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records and flash drive file of the case.
This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Director for Bar Discipline, in the attached Extended Resolution dated June 22, 2021, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors issued. The Complaint against Atty. Miriam S. Clorina is DISMISSED.
