"A.C. No. 11642 (Filipinas Ruiz Medina v. Atty. Melchor B. Guillen and Atty. Augustus A. Lucas). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Notice of Resolutions dated January 31, 2015 1 and August 26, 2016. 2 Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the complaint 3 against respondents Atty. Melchor B. Guillen and Atty. Augustus A. Lucas for LACK OF MERIT.
