Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated19 June 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 243055 — Benita Martinez and Ma. Teresa Bernardo-Capiral versus Spouses Rita Gumatay and Sotero Dayao
Without necessarily giving due course to the Petition, the Court resolves to DIRECT the respondents to file a COMMENT within a period of ten (10) days from notice, and to ensure that the following issue is addressed therein:
1.wxwxWhether respondents, by themselves or through their predecessors-in-interest, had knowledge of any party in possession of Lot 1368 at the time of the execution of the Deed of Sale dated February 22, 1982.
Petitioners are likewise DIRECTED to file a REPLY within five (5) days from receipt of the COMMENT, also ensuring that the above issue is addressed.
