Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJanuary 29, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12610 (Manotok Realty, Inc., represented by Rosa R. Manotok, v. Atty. Stanley R. Cabrera). — After a careful review of the records of this case, We resolve to adopt the findings and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors and suspend the respondent from the practice of law for six months. WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS the Resolution dated February 22, 2018 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 15-4653 and ORDERS the SUSPENSION of Atty. Stanley R. Cabrera from the practice of law for SIX (6) MONTHS from finality of this Resolution.
Let a copy of this Resolution be entered in the personal records of Atty. Stanley R. Cabrera as a member of the Bar, and copies be furnished to the Office of the Bar Confidant, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts in the country for their information and guidance.
