NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated05 October 2020which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 236552 (Omar Manonggiring y Diacat v. Office of the Ombudsman and SI Joselito C. Guillen, et al. of Anti-Organized Transnational Crime Division [AOTCD], National Bureau of Investigation [NBI], Taft Avenue, Manila). — Considering the allegations, issues, and arguments presented in the Petition for Certiorari, 1 the Court resolves to DISMISS the petition for failure of the petitioner to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any grave abuse of discretion in rendering the assailed Decision 2 dated December 15, 2017, as to warrant the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, the Court ADOPTS the findings of fact and conclusions of law in the Decision dated December 15, 2017 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 151163, and AFFIRMS the Decision dismissing the complaint filed by petitioner against private respondents before the Office of the Ombudsman.
