Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedOctober 9, 2019which reads as follows:

After a judicious study of the case, the Court resolves to DISMISS the instant petition 1 for having been filed out of time.
Records reveal that petitioners Manifold Construction Enterprises, Inc., Algon Engineering Construction, and F.T. Sanchez Construction, as represented by Mario S. Tan, received a copy of the May 30, 2019 Resolution 2 of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. CV No. 105606, which denied their motion for reconsideration, on June 6, 2019. 3 Their motion for extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari4 having been granted, 5 they had until July 21, 2019 within which to file the instant petition. Instead, the petition was belatedly filed on August 20, 2019. 6 aScITE
The filing of a soft copy of the motion for extension of time to file petition, with a verified declaration pursuant to the Resolution dated July 8, 2019 is DISPENSED WITH.
