Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated APRIL 21, 2015, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 217342 (Noel F. Manankil, Liberato P. Laus, Gloria C. Magtoto, Evangeline G. Tajada, Alizaido F. Paras and Philip Jose B. Panlilio vs. Commission on Audit). — Acting on the Petition with Application for Issuance of Restraining Order and Writ of Preliminary Injunction, the Court Resolved, without giving due course to the petition, to
(a) REQUIRE the petitioners to SUBMIT, within ten (10) days from notice hereof, the original or certified true copy of the insurance policy, copy furnished the Commission on Audit;
(b) REQUIRE the respondent to COMMENT on the petition within ten (10) days from notice hereof; and
(c) ISSUE a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from this Court, enjoining the respondent from implementing its assailed Decision 2014-421 dated December 18, 2014." (adv4)

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court, on April 21, 2015, adopted a resolution in the above-entitled case, to wit: acEHCD
G.R. No. 217342 (Noel F. Manankil, Liberato P. Laus, Gloria C. Magtoto, Evangeline G. Tajada, Alizaido F. Paras and Philip Jose B. Panlilio v.
