NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated January 29, 2020, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 248666 (Delia Malolot v. Paz Cuenca, represented by her Attorney-in-Fact Raymond Estacio) — After review of the records, the Court resolves to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in its February 13, 2019 Decision 1 and July 29, 2019 Resolution 2 as to warrant the exercise of the Court's appellate jurisdiction.
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The February 13, 2019 Decision and July 29, 2019 Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No. 147797 are AFFIRMED with the following MODIFICATION:
The unpaid rentals shall incur a legal interest of six percent (6%) per annum from December 23, 2014, when the demand to pay and to vacate was made, up to the finality of this Resolution. Thereafter, an interest of six percent (6%) per annum shall be imposed on the total amount due until full payment is made. AaCTcI
