Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedSEPTEMBER 27, 2016, which reads as follows: SCaITA

"G.R. No. 220598(Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Petitioner v. People of the Philippines and the Sandiganbayan [First Division], Respondents) and G.R. No. 220953(Benigno B. Aguas, Petitioner v. Sandiganbayan [First Division], Respondent). — The Court Resolved to

(a) GRANT the Motion to Cancel Hold Departure Order filed by counsel for petitioner Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in view of the En Banc decision promulgated on July 19, 2016 dismissing Criminal Case No. SB-12-CRM-0174 of the Sandiganbayan as to her and Benigno B. Aguas for insufficiency of evidence, and ordering their immediate release from detention;

(b) CANCEL the Hold Departure Order issued on July 20, 2012 by the Sandiganbayan in Criminal Case No. SB-12-CRM-0174 pursuant to Supreme Court Circular No. 39-97; and

(c) ORDER the Bureau of Immigration to remove the names of the petitioners from its Hold Departure List unless there is lawful cause warranting the retention of their names in said list."
