Jadulco). — Acting on the petition for review on certiorari assailing the Orders dated January 9, 2016, and July 17, 2017, of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 29 of Bislig City, Surigao del Sur in Civil Case No. 2013-12-1902-B, denying petitioner's motion for summary judgment and petitioner's motion for reconsideration for the denial of the same, the Court resolves to DENY the same for being a wrong mode of judicial review, considering that the Order dated January 9, 2016 of the RTC was an interlocutory order, hence, cannot be the subject of an appeal.
