Richard Enojo) — The August 29, 2018 Resolution, 1 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors (Board) in CBD Case No. 15-4630 is NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached September 1, 2016 Report and Recommendation, 2 as approved and adopted by the Board, are supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS the attached Report and Recommendation of the IBP Commission on Integrity and Bar Discipline and resolves to DISMISS the case against Atty. Richard Enojo. HTcADC
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
