Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated28 March 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11840 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5546] (Rommel M. Lim v. Atty. Jonathan Gary T. Jimenez). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Commission on Bar Discipline in the attached Report and Recommendation 1 dated June 24, 2019, as approved and adopted by the IBP Board of Governors in the Notice of Resolution 2 dated August 22, 2020. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the administrative complaint 3 against respondent Atty. Jonathan Gary T. Jimenez for lack of merit.
