NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated FEBRUARY 21, 2012, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 199050(Alliance of Barangay Concerns [ABC] Party List, herein represented by its Chairperson, James Marty L. Lim vs. Commission on Elections and Melanio Mauricio, Jr.). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) CONSIDER as SERVED the resolution dated November 15, 2011 addressed to Lu Mamangun & Juco Law Office, counsel for private respondent, Office 3, Island Tower, Legaspi 239 Salcedo St., Legaspi Village, 1229 Makati City, which resolution was returned unserved with notation on the letter-envelope 'RTS-Moved Out';
(b) GRANT the Motion dated February 1, 2012 filed by the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) for the public respondent for a second extension of ten (10) days from February 2, 2012, or until February 12, 2012, within which to file a comment on the petition;
(c) NOTE the aforesaid Comment (on the petition) dated February 9, 2012 filed by the OSG in compliance with the resolution of November 22, 2011; and
