NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 16 November 2020which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10887 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5335] (Salvador Liked v. Atty. Dexter Barry Cawis). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution dated 18 June 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors, which resolved to adopt the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner, and dismissed the complaint; transmitted by the letter dated 12 March 2020 of IBP Director Randall C. Tabayoyong, Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records of the case.
The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the IBP Commissioner in its Report and Recommendation 1 dated October 10, 2018, as adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors, as shown in its Notice of Resolution 2 dated June 18, 2019. Accordingly, the Court hereby dismisses the administrative complaint 3 against respondent Atty. Dexter Barry Cawis.
