Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated 05 March 2012, which reads as follows:
G.R. No. 200229(Silvestra Languian-Quilang, Gregorio Arao, Norberta Arao and Vicente Paddayuman v. Alejandro Arao, Chona Lacambra, Spouses Apolonia Arao and Roman Binarao, et al.).
RESOLUTION
The Court resolves, after a review of the records, to DENY the petition for failure to show any reversible error committed by the Court of Appeals when it upheld the ruling of the court a quo that the respondents as heirs have successional property rights to inherit from Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 all covered originally by OCT 1624 and that what Pedro Sibal sold to Gregorio Arao and Silvestra Languian is only the 1/5 portion of his undivided share in Lots 2 and 3 respectively.
