Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated July 1, 2013, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 161796 (Land Bank of the Philippines vs. Estate of J. Amado Araneta); G.R. No. 161830 (Department of Agrarian Reform vs. Estate of J. Amado Araneta); and G.R. No. 190456 (Ernesto B. Duran, et al., vs. Estate of J. Amado Araneta). — Before the Court are the following incidents:
1. Motion for Partial Reconsideration filed by petitioner Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR);
2. Motion for Partial Reconsideration filed by petitioners-intervenors Ernesto B. Duran, et al.;
3. Motion for Partial Reconsideration filed by petitioners-movants Estela Marie Malolos, et al.;
4. Motion for Reconsideration filed by petitioners-intervenors Norberto Resulta, et al.;
5. Motion for Reconsideration filed by respondent Estate of J. Amado Araneta; and HTCIcE
6. Motion for Intervention filed by Marianito Nicasio.
The Motions for Partial Reconsideration of petitioner DAR, petitioners-intervenors Ernesto Duran, et al., petitioners-movants Estela Marie Malolos, et al., petitioners-intervenors Norberto Resulta, et al. and respondent Estate of J. Amado Araneta are denied for lack of merit with finality. The grounds and arguments raised in said motions are mainly a rehash of the same issues and arguments raised in the pleadings. The Court had already considered, scrutinized and passed upon these arguments and finds no cogent reason to modify or reverse its February 8, 2012 Decision.
The Motion for Intervention of Marianito Nicasio is denied for breach of Sec. 2, Rule 21 of the Rules of Court that it should have been filed before rendition of the assailed decision.
WHEREFORE, the instant separate motions for reconsideration are DENIED WITH FINALITY for lack of merit, not having interposed any substantial argument to warrant a departure from the February 8, 2012 Decision of this Court. The belated Motion for Intervention of Marianito Nicasio is likewise DENIED for lack of merit. No further pleadings shall be entertained. Let an Entry of Judgment be issued in due course.
