Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedDecember 10, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 248839 — Land Bank of the Philippines, petitioner, versus Imelda M. Isip, respondent.
The Court resolves to DENY the Petition and AFFIRM the Court of Appeals (CA) Decision 1 dated April 30, 2019 and Resolution 2 dated August 19, 2019 in CA-G.R. SP No. 157485 for failure to show that the CA committed any reversible error in reducing the penalty from dismissal from service to one year suspension without pay. DACcIH
After a judicious review of the case, the Court finds that the CA acted correctly in considering the mitigating circumstances of length of service, respondent's illness, financial and family condition, non-filing of complaint by the depositors, the fact of restitution, and that it was respondent's first infraction.
SO ORDERED."
