Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 27, 2022which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13355 [Formerly CBD Case No. 19-5899] (Ronel Lamit v. Atty. Gabriel B. Octava). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution No. CBD-XXV-2021-09-37 1 dated September 25, 2021 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which approved and adopted the Report and Recommendation 2 dated June 21, 2021 of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the complaint for lack of merit; transmitted by letter dated January 31, 2022 of Director Avelino V. Sales, Jr., IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records and flash drive of the case. SDHTEC
The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated June 21, 2021, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Gabriel B. Octava is DISMISSED.
