Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 10, 2019which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 245906 (Dionisia Monis Lagunilla and Rafael V. Monis v. Andrea V. Monis-Velasco and Macaria V. Monis, et al.). — After review, the Court resolves to DENY the petition filed by petitioners for failure to show that the Court of Appeals (CA) committed reversible error in affirming the Decision dated September 26, 2016 of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 34, Balaoan, La Union in Civil Case No. 466. It is well-settled that factual findings of the RTC, when affirmed by the CA, are generally binding on this Court, which is not a trier of facts. HTcADC
WHEREFORE, the petition is DENIED. The Decision dated October 10, 2018 and the Resolution dated February 21, 2019 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CV No. 108309 are AFFIRMED.
