Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 14 March 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11469 (Terencio Lafuente v. Atty. Jerry C. Anonat). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Notice of Resolution 1 dated September 11, 2021. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the complaint 2 against Atty. Jerry C. Anonat for LACK OF MERIT.
